Produced from selected grapes that are dried for four months, this fine wine presents a deep, lustrous garnet hue and delicate nose. Historical wine, father and predecessor of the famous Amarone.

Corvina Veronese 15%, Corvinone 40%, Rondinella 40%, Molinara 5%.

Steel tanks and vitrified

3 years in French Oak barrels of 10 hectoliters

Compact ruby red color.

Smell:
Rich and intense with hints of ripe cherry.

Velvety, pleasant taste, smooth, sweet but never cloying.
