“EL CENCIO” Red Wine Verona IGT
“El Cencio” by the nickname of Renzo Spada, the founding father and chief exponent of our winery. We honor him with this most representative wine of the Spada winery. Carefully selected Corvinone grapes are rested for around 2 months while the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes are pressed fresh and then all are merged in January.
The Label is printed on real natural wood, as a symbol of history and tradition.
